By accessing “ToneTopia.com” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “ToneTopia.com”, “http://www.ToneTopia.com”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. Our site is powered by some open source software. ToneTopia.com uses getID3 and Adobe Lab's Spry framework for Ajax. (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”) They are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “ToneTopia.com” nor they shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “ToneTopia.com” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

You agree that “ToneTopia.com” has the right to remove, edit, move or close any post image or song at any time should we see fit. "ToneTopia.com" respects the intellectual property of others, and requires that our users do the same.  You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.  "ToneTopia.com" has the right to terminate the Membership of infringers.

"ToneTopia.com" does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post on or through "ToneTopia.com". After posting your Content to "ToneTopia.com", you continue to retain any such rights that you may have in your Content, subject to the limited license herein. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through "ToneTopia.com", you hereby grant to "ToneTopia.com" a limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on or through "ToneTopia.com", including without limitation distributing part or all of the "ToneTopia.com" Website in any media formats and through any media channels, except Content marked “private” will not be distributed outside the "ToneTopia.com" Website. This limited license does not grant "ToneTopia.com" the right to sell or otherwise distribute your Content outside of "ToneTopia.com". After you remove your Content from the "ToneTopia.com" Website we will cease distribution as soon as practicable, and at such time when distribution ceases, the license will terminate.
